31 years vegan 50 yo man, blood test results are in. Turns out, I am that vegan! 😆 Excellent and clean across the board, no deficiencies, solid metabolic numbers, protein + B12 + total cholesterol all good, excellent HbA1c & trigs, strong kidney function, normal thyroid.🌱💪

Here’s how I calculate my vegan biological age: Years Vegan 30 x .5 = 15 Physical Age 49, minus 15 = 34 Vegan Biological Age = 34 🌱😆 *Asked grok and came up with .4 ish +/-so still pretty close at 37 so keep on keeping on vegan my friends 🙏🌱
