This comic was based off an ingame scene. Once you beat the main story of Pokemon Sun and Moon, Guzma disbands Team Skull and you can find him at his parents' place on Mele mele island. There you learn a lot about his troubled past and he challenges you to one final batle at the beach in Hau'oli City. Hala witnesses the battle (that you naturally win) and offers Guzma to take him under his wing again. Guz initially refuses. As Hala leaves, talking about how him and Guzma will work together again, not really taking no for an answer here, Guz turns his attention back to you and sOMEWHAT apologizes for the trouble he caused you. In. Kind of a Tsundere way of a NON-APOLOGY.
