Aniara (2018) has been a movie I think about on a regular basis since I watched it a few years ago. It’s based on the Swedish epic sci-fi poem of the same name (1956). It is also about a long, tumultuous journey.

Thank god for powerlifting. It’s saving me from relapsing into disordered eating & self-loathing. I HAVE to eat to build muscle. My BIGGEST goal is to see how many lbs of pure muscle I can build. I want to be HUGE & STRONG with THICC ARMS that could crush a Nazi like an egg.
