For anyone who has started perimenopause and also deals with depression or any other mental health disorders: did you notice worsening symptoms? Would estrogen help? Would I approach my PCP or my psych NP about prescribing that? Is there a blood test to check my estrogen and hormone levels? 1/2

My finger has been bothering me for a couple of weeks, I finally went to urgent care today, and the doctor thinks it might be arthritis. 🙃 FML. He put me on a five-day course of steroids and if it helps, that basically confirms it. Because you know, I don’t already have enough health issues.
