Finding out 4 hours later that what I thought was just caused by a bug truck going by was actually an earthquake is wild.

Our pre-bed walk was very snowy. A bit of beautiful fun in an otherwise horrific day.

There is a dinosaur in a t-shirt outside my office this week and I just think I should be allowed to keep him.

The dinosaur is wearing a Field branded tshirt and is has small piles of movers blankets on the floor surrounding it. There is a sign taped to the back of the dinosaur letting other employees of the museum know when it will be moved and who to contact with questions.

It is neat to walk into work and see this every day

Stanley Field Hall at the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago. It is empty of people as the picture was taken before opening. Maximo the Titanosaurus and the Fighting Elephants are centered in the photograph along with the gorgeous architecture of the building.

As someone with an 11yr old mini whoodle, they're so great. At the time I had just been looking for a dog that would be fine in an apartment and didn't shed and I got him through a rescue service. But I would struggle not to give in and "shop" over adopting in the future because of how great he is.

I flew into the Gibraltar airport 2007 (before construction on the current terminal began). The old terminal if memory serves had 2 gates, no jet bridges, no shop or food area, and when planes landed they had to stop traffic as the runway crosses a major street.

Cannot stress what an awful and surprising bite this was. I expected a delightful drizzle of honey, not honey as the dominant ingredient.

I managed to take an out of focus picture of my parent's Christmas tree years ago, unfortunately I only have a crummy instagram screenshot of it still but it is close to how it felt to look at the tree without my glasses on (before I eventually got lasik)

Again I love D2 & I'm including my truly embarrassing playtime on this skeet, but the game is in a bad place right now and played retention shows it. Even the most dedicated players I know who play the game like a second job are only logging in maybe once a week right now.
