Four years ago today, my dad passed. He would give the shirt off his back for anyone... especially family and friends. He knew EVERYONE and they all have stories of how positive he was in their lives. I hope I showed him how much of a hero he was for me. I miss you, dad. 🩷💕

Today marked the 5 year anniversary of my mom's passing. She left an undeniable mark on everyone who spent any amount of time with her... Her love for family and friends was immeasurable. I miss her so much. 🩷💕

My niece just qualified for Canadian Nationals with a time of 7.49 seconds in the 60 meter dash. Her time, a personal best, sets a new University of Saskatchewan Huskies record and places her #1 in USPORTS ranking. Join me in congratulating Kailee. I'm a proud auntie! 🥰
