I think the biggest mistake is to organising as actions separate from collective bargaining. To strengthen unions, regardless of where we are we need focus on building every aspect as if we’re going to loose institutional influence

I’m getting more frustrated with the idea of funding ‘poverty alleviating projects’ which do not strengthen the sure way to raise wages - collective bargaining. Especially when founders acknowledge this.
