There is nothing better than turning a resident's rendering into reality. In 2021, a resident group asked if @cyclingpedestrian.cityof.toronto.ca would consider installing a sidewalk on Galloway Road. We figured out how to say yes and now the street is safer, accessible and pedestrian friendly.

Couldn’t be prouder visiting the Port Union complete street. In 2021, I guided the design change from bike lanes to cycle tracks. Now seeing it being built and soon, my ops team will ensure it can be used year round. A rare chance to experience the full lifecycle: design → delivery → maintenance.
