Thanks to ODA, since 1990, we halved the number of children dying before the age of five, from 10 million a year to 4.9m In 90 countries, child deaths dropped by two thirds In just 3 years, we cut maternal deaths by 40%, down to 280,000 USAID saved an estimated 92 million lives over two decades
