Still thinking about these two! Just haven't been able to draw much, so here's a little doodle from my wife! #yumeship #sidumesh

A chibi drawing of Siduri (OC) and Gilgamesh from Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. They are both holding cotton candy of various colors from pink, yellow, to blue.

IT'S HIM!! OMG!!! That's such a pretty card <333 Man, I'll have to see if I can get myself every card of Gilgamesh, though I imagine they'll cost a pretty penny. |D;;;

I want to draw Gilgamesh but his design is insane, so here’s one of the small versions FOR NOW… I like him tho

Are you "down bad", as they say, for a character when you're trying to make a custom 3DS theme based on them

Bechno ❤️💛 @bechyume.bsky.social · 27/04/2025

Behold! The other "SiduMesh"! Or #AltSidumesh, as I like to call them. They're from a Chocobo game that's sadly Japan-only, but that didn't stop me from attempting to translate part of the game! We never learn this Gilgamesh's fate, so I took matters into my own hands. >:) #art #yumeship

A character reference sheet of a disgrunted and shackled Gilgamesh (right, Chocobo Tales) and a confident Siduri (left, Chocobo Tales OC). The text above Siduri reads, "Lady Siduri: Knight of the Barnard Kingdom's 1st Army", and the text above Gilgamesh reads, "Ex-Captain Gilgamesh: Former leader of the Barnard Kingdom's 2nd army".

There is text on the side that briefly describes their short story: "In the epilogue of 'The Wolf That Fell in Love', Princess Irma and Captain Volg were set to marry, and Gilgamesh was to be put on trial for plotting the assassination of the late king. However, both he and the knight guarding his cell were spirited away by a pack of Zu. Siduri proves to be difficult for Gilgamesh to shake off, but the two eventually form an unlikely bond during their journey back to the kingdom."

The bottom right sketch shows Siduri lifting Gilgamesh's cloak, revealing two extra arms that are also shackled. The text below Gilgamesh reads, "Gained 2 extra arms as a result from wielding an ancient and cursed sword called 'Excalibur'"

I wouldn't say that you're spineless when it comes to yume, but more that you're flexible and are respectful of people's boundaries, which I think is admirable! The only thing I would say is essentially what @kingofresolve.bsky.social has said, headcanons and ideas are meant to be shared. :3

I already posted a height chart on the bird app, but here's an updated one! Gilgamesh's height throughout most games has generally been inconsistent aside from "big", so his height and weight will be a mystery here! #art #yumeship #ocxcanon #sidumesh

A height chart of Siduri (OC) and Gilgamesh (Final Fantasy VII Rebirth). Siduri's height is 5'7" (170cm) and her weight is unknown. Gilgamesh's height is "big???", and his weight is "heavy???"
