Layla would be 7 today. Our family is incomplete without her. I hate we are going to a cemetery full of babies to celebrate her 7th birthday Layla mattered. Layla matters. Layla’s story: joshandrebeccashrader.wordpress.com/category/lay...

$100 you say…. Interesting that all these GOP representatives in NC who are avoiding town halls will all be in a Raleigh country club tomorrow…. That’s it. That’s the thread. #ncpol

Thankful for 14 yrs of wedded bliss & 22 yrs of friendship. If you can’t find your friendship, the marriage suffers. Choosing to love is much more romantic than destiny.

I’m late to this AND Scamanda but I’m absolutely fascinated and disgusted by people who come up with elaborate lies about their lives. Amanda (Scamanda) lied about having cancer and Hannah lied about her entire life and posted horrific racist/misogynist/homophobic takes.

I didn’t care about Fourth Wing until a few months ago but it’s fun to buy into the hype for book #3. Snagged myself a skip the line loan via Libby and I feel like I won the lottery!

This man is trying to end birthright citizenship, which is in the constitution. He WILL go after legal immigrants. He will go after citizens who look like immigrants.

Since RFK’s idiotic polio vaccine ban rumor is floating around, I urge you to read this historical fiction about the woman who actually created the vaccine but was historically erased by two men. Read about the desperation to find a cure while they watched children suffer and die.

State tried to plant the flag on UNC’s logo after their 4th year beating them and it turns into a brawl. Imagine acting like you own a team and you both go 6-6 (losers) Meanwhile Duke goes 9-3 and :

Posted this after watching Jon Stewart talk to two white people about why white men didn’t vote for Kamala and much of what they said made me want to scream. It got me some Twitter like responses from…you guessed it, white men. m.youtube.com/watch?v=d-mJ...

I know this is shocking but pregnancy is complicated. It sometimes requires multiple visits and ultrasounds to confirm viability. Having one empty sac on an US proves nothing. But her symptoms alone screamed EMERGENCY!

Doctors/staff don’t want to face 99 years in prison and have to defend themselves in criminal court cases. So they don’t provide adequate treatment.

10 years ago the only dad I ever knew (my stepdad, adopted me at age 5) died suddenly after years of struggling with alcoholism. We tried an intervention a few years before and it was a disaster. We didn’t talk for over a year before he died. My grief is complex/dirty grief.
