10 year, $840M, deal to power government facilities with clean nuclear energy is the largest single contract in the history of the Government Services Administration. Congrats to Constellation, all the federal employees, and the public that will benefit from this!

In 2022, the U.S. exceeded 90,000 tons of spent nuclear fuel in storage around this country. This fuel is frozen in place b/c federal government has vacated its responsibility to move forward with a long term isolation strategy. How many tons will it be before we do something?

While I disagree that Matt is unqualified, I can get aligned with the thinking that if he should not be confirmed, a more qualified woman should be put forth. Nice to see @tednordhaus.bsky.social amplify a message empowering women and I stand with him that it should be a woman if not Matt!
