Went on two different sites looking for a dress for a night out and when I hit the “shop by occasion” filter for “night out” all the dresses were daytime or brunch dresses. It’s not even business casual like in the 00’s. Are the girlies not buying LBDs or bandage dresses anymore???

Looks like sugar is about to end up like meat did for me. I took a 30 day break from meat and now it’s 8 years later and I still haven’t eaten meat. I don’t think I’ll completely drop it though, just make it more of a treat or drink here and there.

Since I cut out sugar all my perimenopause symptoms went away. No hot flashes in over 2 months. I’ve had way more energy. No caffeine or sugar cravings. No midday crashes. I haven’t even had a cup of coffee in over a month and I haven’t missed it. Crazy….

Didn’t get much from my dad but glad I got my metabolism from his side of the family. Every year a soon as I lock in to lose my winter hibernation weight it melts off so easily. Just put on a denim skirt I couldn’t get past my thighs a month ago and now it fits perfectly with space in the waist.

I don’t think I realized how much my hair was thinning out before. Switched my daily multivitamin to Geritol Multivitamin back in September and now I have a bunch of new strands that are about 3.5” long. My hair feels so much more dense now.

I love it because I don’t have to worry about cleaning and taking out the trash and all of that. I can just relax and then get a good nights sleep. Anytime my travel day is going to be more than 8 hours I do this.
