Knowing you can do it might take pressure off draft, trade, and waiver approach tho. eg Rays usually allocate top picks and bonus to position players then go pitching heavy mid-late. Openers/bullpen games aren't new either. This is just an extreme min/max of it. It might also be a bit of an arb-eligible salary hack since you're redistributing pitcher wins. 210

Strikeouts favored over pitching to contact + launch angle/OBP revolution + avoiding familiarity and platoon penalties makes longer outings less common. 100
