We have smoke! Salmon will go on at about 200° F to smoke for about 1 1/2 hours

The Reno continues 😂 we searched for months to find a tile we both agreed on for our 1950's bungalow. We stumbled across these Italian tiles that match the original 1950's tiles that we found buried under the carpet in the basement. 8" x 8" just like the original asbestos tiles from the period.
