Tough day. Customer was like, hey my streamer isn't working. They asked if I anything inside and I'm like "uh... Yeah a little something". I swear, menudo is still my all time favorite dish. Delicious, hearty, spicy and brings me back to my childhood like grandma making it. It's still a hard sell for others because it has tripe, even among us Mexicans, but not me! It's spicy broth, tripe and hominy. Buen provecho!
