The Chuo-Sobu line from Okubo to Kichijoji is perhaps the highest concentration of cool neighborhoods in the world. You pay for ramen by buying a ticket from the machine near the front door and handing it to the chef. Don't buy retro games in Akihabara, they're marked up by like 1000%
