I think my favorite thing about it is, crazy enough, the sound design. It is 100% a character in the film. It's been a really long time since the sound of a film has made such an impact on me. If the sound editors don't get the Oscar, I'll riot

Howler had his acupuncture session yesterday. I was gone all day today with family stuff. He is not satisfied with watching hockey right now. So much energy. Lol. It's amazing how much the acupuncture has helped him and relieved his arthritis. We go every 3 weeks. Totally worth it.

100%! It's not a far drive from San Jose, of course, but even SJ isn't the hottest hockey market. LA and OC have much bigger youth programs. I just saw that he was undrafred, too. Mad props for making it.

Thinking about going to Calgary for the 4/8 game. Really would like to go to the Saddledome before it's no more.

Woah, the Flames goalie is from Los Gatos?? I lived there for a spell. Adorable little town at the base of the foothills southwest of San Jose. Had the greatest bocce ball place with kick ass calamari. Really enjoyed living there.
