Changes to the way we deliver healthcare aren't always as simple as they seem. Sarah Kelly recently attended the Knowledge Mobilization Forum to present on the implementation of a practice change in wound care, as #H2HCentre integrates compression therapy into their care model.

Great piece from @picardonhealth.bsky.social & particularly important in HIV. Effective HIV tx has led to life expectancy gains for PWH approaching the general population. Gains that mean nothing, if socio-economic factors & chronic conditions rob people of their quality of life...prevention's key!

Congratulations to Dr. Harrison Omondi, who defended his PhD thesis earlier this Spring & received his doctorate last week at the @sfu-fhs.bsky.social convocation! His thesis focused on increasing representation for diverse populations in HIV persistence research, as we work towards a cure.
