The Story "Jivarro Death" in Two Fisted Tales #19 is a rip off of Jack London's "Lost Face." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicham....
A man is dragged into the jungle by Jivarro tribesmen more frightened of torture than death.

ChatGPT is adding real cartoonists’ signatures to fake New Yorker cartoons
OpenAI's chatbot isn't just imitating the magazine's style. It's also falsely attributing AI-generated images to real artists.

What exactly is going on here?
A human with the head of a crocodile holds a dead (?) man in his arms. A sheet is either draped over the corpse or over a piece or furniture covering the view of his body. A man runs for the door in the background. A tribal warrior or medicine man seems to obstruct his path.

This is about the same time the pulp magazines went full on sensational, and is probably a reaction to that. A lot of top shelf pulps had to plug thier "wholesome" stories.

Norbert Davis' Doan and Carstairs would have been great screwball comedies. His detectives were always incredibly sneaky or lucky. Doan was lucky he had a dog more civilized than he was.
Cover of The Mouse in the Mountain portrays a man and a Great Dane dog hiding behind a pueblo wall as a woman and others run by in an orange sky background. Oh, Murderer Mine portrays women running out of a hair salon as a Great Dane stands in the foreground.

No, in this one the dog is possessed and tries to get kids to stick their hand in a lawnmower and stuff. Another that comes to mind (but not horror) is "Pray for the Wildcats" w/ Shatner and Andy Griffith as weekend bikers. Lotsa ABC movies of the week on YouTube, lots with Darren McGavin.
