I remember when the Dodgers were the Brooklyn Dodgers. (Say your age without saying your age.) I myself am not into sports. I did watch football when the Miami Dolphins were winning super bowls & I lived in S. Fl. Now I prefer to watch teens driving robots (they built) in a game. And read books.

I have printed robot parts with it. (Prusa) It stuck to the build plate and wouldn’t come off no matter how hard I tried. I discovered that if I put it under running cold water for a while it came right off. Ended up not using it on the robot after all that.

I found this cute little #HalloweenDecoration at the grocery this morning. I can't tell if it's an owl or a bat. Kinda looks like an owl but has wings like a bat. Oh, and ears like a cat. I think I'm going to call it a Bowel.

My sister and I were on a month long cross country camping trip in 1979 and we had a small tv with us. We had to plan for campgrounds with electricity hookups for Sunday nights so we wouldn’t miss an episode.

A door dash driver just dropped off an order, but I haven’t ordered anything. I caught the driver before she left and she seemed like she didn’t want to bother getting it to the proper location. I handed her the bag and went back inside. Hope it makes it to the right person!

Well, when my new dishwasher was installed the guys crossed the white wire and the ground wire. The control boards are fried. New ones have been ordered. Another week or more with hand washing dishes!

Damn. My 2011 Dyson DC35 vac needs new battery which Dyson doesn't make any more. Other brands all have reviews saying the replacement doesn't last long. Dyson newer model is >$800. Guess I'll be doing more research for battery.

Oh, joy. My brand new dishwasher (Bosch) that was just installed on Saturday, already doesn't work. After an hour on the phone, mostly on hold, I got told to call a local appliance repair business. The machine won't power up and the breaker is fine (first thing I checked). #BoschServiceSucks

After a discussion with the produce lady at Publix I bought a head of romaine lettuce. I've been craving something green and crunchy on sandwiches. She assured me that they haven't had any complaints about their produce, and don't buy the "bad" brands. #LettuceRecall

I bought another Bosch (800 series) with a bar handle on the front. The old one has a slot handle and that's the part that broke on the old one. My current one runs so quietly I have to check to make sure it's on. I hope the new one is as quiet.

I just bought a new dishwasher. My current Bosch is 15 years old. It was a good model, but the front wants to rip off when I open it. All the little clips are broken and it's held together with tape. I guess it has hit the end of (or went beyond) the expected life span. #LaborDayApplianceSale
