A long time ago I had tried to draw them dancing together, and then I just couldn’t figure out finishing it. And I figured out CSP models. Alas, Leola is just no longer standing on his feet as she was in the original concept #thedragonprincefanart #thedragonprince #tdp #tdpaaravos #tdpleola

I just wanted to draw Aaravos shifting on a little something extra. May or may not be for practicality. #thedragonprince #tdp #tdpaaravos #Aaravos

If they knew sweet little you They'd end up loving you too All those same people who scold you What they'd give just for The right to hold you #thedragonprince #tdp #tdpaaravos #aaravos #tdpleola

Aaravos holds a young Leola, looking pensive nearing anger. He stands in front of the star that his would resemble after Leola's death in the far future.

I don't think I've ever shared Nimat here. She's a baby that Aaravos took in alongside Ziard pretty quickly after coming back from the Sea of the Castout. Obviously it was not an easy time. Lots of feelings blending together. #thedragonprince #tdp #tdpaaravos #aaravos #tdpoc

I would at least love some hints at his cats that were described in one of the Reflections shorts!

If there is one shred of solace for Aaravos...it's that she would have loved knowing she was a home for sea life #thedragonprince #tdp #thedragonking #tdk #tdpleola

Ah yes, angst I forgot to share. My nagging question of "what exactly did Aaravos find when he first went into the crater?" #tdp #thedragonprince #tdpaaravos #tdpleola

Oh I knowww. It especially neglects an angle that I think about a lot - and it’s that a lot of this would have been avoided if he had a meaningful support net. And he just didn’t for a variety of reasons.

Something about this just reminds me of CD-ROM edutainment games from the 90’s 🥺 . Click on the guitar and he plays a funky beat

I love the little model ships and the back and forth between the other steam liners. The special effects are actually really good???

I shouldn’t be surprised that the band’s final performance sounds a bit different than I’m used to but it still sounds off (especially with my exhibit’s version being more like the 97 movie’s rendition)

Okay so that’s now TWO movies of Mr Andrews standing at the mantle so I need to look into that

I do like that it’s a lot more of the nitty gritty on what the crew was doing. LOVE the first class dining trolley rolling incrementally as the ship sank. It does lean into the “Mr Ismay was a coward” narrative
