A long time ago I had tried to draw them dancing together, and then I just couldn’t figure out finishing it. And I figured out CSP models. Alas, Leola is just no longer standing on his feet as she was in the original concept #thedragonprincefanart #thedragonprince #tdp #tdpaaravos #tdpleola

I just wanted to draw Aaravos shifting on a little something extra. May or may not be for practicality. #thedragonprince #tdp #tdpaaravos #Aaravos

If they knew sweet little you They'd end up loving you too All those same people who scold you What they'd give just for The right to hold you #thedragonprince #tdp #tdpaaravos #aaravos #tdpleola

Aaravos holds a young Leola, looking pensive nearing anger. He stands in front of the star that his would resemble after Leola's death in the far future.

When you're an immortal autistic child and a weird looking mushroom sends you into a sensory meltdown (with a very patient daddy to get you through it) #thedragonprince #tdp #tdpaaravos #aaravos #tdpleola #leola

I don't think I've ever shared Nimat here. She's a baby that Aaravos took in alongside Ziard pretty quickly after coming back from the Sea of the Castout. Obviously it was not an easy time. Lots of feelings blending together. #thedragonprince #tdp #tdpaaravos #aaravos #tdpoc

If there is one shred of solace for Aaravos...it's that she would have loved knowing she was a home for sea life #thedragonprince #tdp #thedragonking #tdk #tdpleola

Leola was a baby who assumed every disrobing was for her. #thedragonprince #tdp #tdpaaravos #tdpleola

Ah yes, angst I forgot to share. My nagging question of "what exactly did Aaravos find when he first went into the crater?" #tdp #thedragonprince #tdpaaravos #tdpleola

Combining two art concepts into one, while using them to describe something about Aaravos's psyche that I've been thinking about for a while. #tdpaaravos #tdpleola #thedragonprince #tdp #tdpfanart

I’ve been wanting to do something with this little thing Erik Dellums did and finally put something loose together #thedragonprince #tdp #tdpaaravos #tdpleola

An idea of Aaravos's pre-Leola outfit (he had a good reason to make the switch) #thedragonprince #tdpaaravos

Some side effects of Leola’s birth included…literal glowing that would not turn down. #thedragonprince #tdpaaravos #tdpleola

Some little ideas in my mind on what happened when Leola was born. With some other loose things that I'm developing more. #thedragonprince #tdpaaravos #tdpleola #tdpheadcanon

Little bit of a painting-ish I did while waiting for the moment that S7 dropped #thedragonprince #tdpaaravos #tdpleola

One of my first sketches of them from around the time S6 came out. Thinking about Leola picking up Aaravos’s little pout. #thedragonprince #tdpaaravos #tdpleola

I’m eventually going to work on this some more, but I’ve been wanting to do Aaravos and Leola in the style of Renaissance religious imagery #thedragonprince #tdpaaravos #tdpleola
