I was grabbing some examples of action in RnR and turned off all the FX and most of the backgrounds. I like doing all the FX because it blends everything together but sometimes I get carried away and the actual action gets lost. #webcomics #comics #robots

Well that was a colossal waste of time and energy. I sold all of two art prints at the art show. :| it paid enough for me to go get weed and get high as balls and not think about it. So I guess I'll be working on making an on-line store. UGH I HATE SHIPPING.

All of Madonna's early incredible costumes were such a HUGE influence on me as a kid and now. Definitely launched my love of corsets and costume and especially historical costume that involved REAL BIG dresses and hair.

the hilarious thing about engineers and artists working together is the engineers will come up with a program with the most weird, shitty, confusing UI that also works fantastic and is free. And when you tell them "This UI is terrible. I can't use this." they look at the artist like WE'RE insane.

one time D got bent out of shape because I told him my job, Character Artist, is harder than his, Concept Artist. But i pointed out he didn't have to know how to use the engine, 9 different programs and how patterns work. But now they also want you to rig, animate and program too. fuck that.
