You go to kraken con, which is a mini con in Germany and half the staff of Chaosium will be there and 3 other smaller publishers. There you pitch your dreams to them and show your work by running games. That is my story at least :)

I agree. But the question was directed at the bottlenecks in the energy network that prevents adaptation to energy fluctuations. What are the bottlenecks? Think possible negative outcomes fully through. Push beyond the 'then I have failed' Example: I don't like my current job but I am scared I will not like my new job either. That might happen but you will have learned new skilss, expanded your network and gotten closer to finding what you do like.
