Ανακατεύουμε σε μπολ 125 gr (ή ολόκληρο το κεσεδάκι) αγελαδινό γιαούρτι πλήρες, με 1-2 κσ μουστάρδα dijon (ή 1 κσ αλεύρι, ή σκέτο). Αφαιρούμε απ' τη φωτιά, το προσθέτουμε, ανακατεύουμε κι αφήνουμε 2' να ξεκουραστεί, πριν σερβίρουμε.
