in the mood to read some not-so-unrequited feelings #bkdk fics (with HEA of course) … will report back on findings 🤭

Basic Fangirl 🤍 @basicfangirl.bsky.social · 19/01/2025

After I read #OnyxStorm (and recover / pick myself off the floor), I’ll probably start reading #ThroneofGlass . That’ll take me forever 🥲 #booksky #newtobooksky

Please don’t make #booksky as toxic as #booktok was. Read whatever you want. There are no rules for enjoying a story. Audio, physical, digital…any form as long as you enjoy it.

Found out there is #Booksky on here so that’s kinda fun 🥹 hopefully everyone’s chill & nice. I swear bookstagram is so mean / entitled. It’s just a big aesthetic popularity contest and no one actually reads books OR fanfiction for that matter

getting tiktok back is wild but I’m still nervous like it’ll go down again or we’re about to get the worst political news ever in the next 48 hours (aside from the inauguration) & he’ll try to cover it up by bringing back tiktok for the U.S. …..

ok but the tension in this #bkdk fic is soooooo ??? 🙂‍↕️👀 (Iz hurt his shoulder & needs help getting out of his hero costume after class. Him and Kt are VERY MUCH not dating)

me thinking about Izuku making excuses to hold Katsuki’s hands during the winter because he’s “cold” and “forgot his gloves” (they’re not dating yet)

Teacher Deku invites Bakugou to guest speak in his classroom but it quickly spirals out of control. There are just some things you can never live down 🦵😔

PSA: I will be posting fic recs for #bkdk #sterek and #dramione on my insta. I don’t love it over there but it’s the easiest to post & keep track of and continue video content 🤍 This app will be for thoughts / rambling! www.instagram.com/basic__fangi...

Apparently there are *very few* target limited edition versions of Onyx Storm by @rebeccayarros.bsky.social for stores … not that I need one but it would be kinda cool 👀 Might wait until the whole series is done to get a complete collection #onyxstorm #fourthwingseries #fourthwing #rebeccayarros

FBI Stiles #sterek fic rec I don't know why, but I guess it has something to do with you by LunaCanisLupus_22 Rated E, one shot, 14k words, 🔒 Alpha Derek Hale has a higher security clearance than FBI agent (and Omega) Stiles Stilinski. He handles it well (not) archiveofourown.org/works/12299730

Brainless younger booktok arguing that Red Queen is plagiarizing Powerless… ok sure but Red Queen came out in 2015 and Powerless came out in 2023. Let’s think critically here!

I just (finally) saw the Wicked movie… Obsessed all over again. I’m gonna read the book again before the second part of the movie comes out next year 😭

New “YA” novels that are actually very badly written smut thrown together with flimsy cliche plot lines, are the reason I’d rather read well written fanfics with good smut here and there instead… People claim those books are the pinnacle of reading and I can’t help but laugh

I can’t be the only one who doesn’t want an ACOTAR or Fourth Wing show … Like those should not be turned into viewable content at all lmaooo (actoar especially) #acotar #acotarseries #acotarshow #acourtofthornaandroses #fourthwing #fourthwingseries #fourthwingshow

Here to post fic & book recs 📚 This will be more rambling & intrusive thoughts, but I’ll try to make threads of fic recs to make it convenient! Main pairings: Sterek bkdk Sometimes mentioned: Dramione Zutara + published books & their pairings Happy reading! 🤍
