a new Sign reading:
"WARNING
This Property is Under 24 Hour Video Surveillance."
Apparently, this is due to repeated vandalism.
@BART
should release video of anyone suspected of damaging the gate. The @bart.gov police log didn't report a man was hit and killed by a train at Warm Springs BART station on 4/24/2025.
It's unclear if this reflects a new policy not to
report deaths on BART property.
Previously, BART reported such deaths as
Unattended Death or Coroner’s Case. The Great Wall of Farehoppers has been erected
