Our RM has an incentive of 2 years of no taxes if you build a new home or business. Our place hasn't been assessed yet, but we are expecting an approx $3k a year savings.

We rode our bikes to the "Way Out Fest" tonight. It's a very nice venue along the Whitemouth River. People were swimming while listening to music. Natural grassy amphitheater down to the stage. I did feel a bit ancient in my CKUW t-shirt and jeans. Plus being the oldest geezer at the venue.
