When I asked the officers what time it was they would usually give me an approximation, but sometimes just said they didn’t know. 000
barnettcann @barnettcann.bsky.social · 29/08/2026A holding cell is often a 12x12 ft. concrete box with a steel door, a narrow steel bench on one wall and a stainless steel toilet and lavatory unit. I complained about being cold various times, as I’m sure every prisoner does. 000

When I was booked my clothes were taken except for pants, underpants and a light under shirt, even shoes and socks. I was given rubber sandals for my feet. In total, I spent 8-9 hours shivering in cold holding cells. 000

She is 85 years old and doesn’t drive at night. The meds got to the jail 6 hours after I was arrested. I requested the meds many times that night and the next day, but was never given them. 000
