I am sure you are, one lesson at a time. One conversation at a time. Be patient, have faith. I certainly have time when nothing seems to work, but in my experience - all it takes is time to be able to see the good you are doing.

I'd worry someone else wouldn't give as much as I do, so I keep on going. Tiring, at times upsetting, downs as well as ups - but the overall direction of travel is positive over time.
