Finder still isn't as good as Windows Explorer, but it's much better than it used to be, and 98% of all work functions are likely through MS Office or Google, so it's either launch a browser or find an icon. Besides, if you get stuck, AI can help you!!

Not a whole hell of a lot of difference these days, says a guy who uses both all day every day. The most difficult thing is that the copy/paste keys are in slightly different places on the keyboards. And native apple mouses don't have a right-click button.
