I haven't posted a recipe on here in a little while. These are Twice-Baked Potatoes! They're really good with meat dishes!

Twice-Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
3 Large Russet Potatoes
1/4 c. Heavy Cream
5 TBSP Butter, softened and separated
1/4 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
Pinch of Salt
1/4 c. Bacon, crumbled (Optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Wash and dry your potatoes.
Poke small holes into your potatoes to allow them to vent out steam. Cover the potatoes in a tablespoon of butter for a crispier skin.
Place your potatoes directly onto the middle oven rack, placing a tray under them to catch any drippings. Bake at 400°F for 1 hour.
Once the Potatoes are done, turn your oven down to 375°F and cut them in half lengthwise. Gently scoop the inside into a bowl, leaving the skin intact.
Mash thoroughly and mix your other ingredients with the potato.
Scoop the filling back into the potato skins and bake for about 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

A recipe for Hash Brown Casserole. It takes 50 minutes.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 large white onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 package (30 ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
Snipped fresh chives, optional

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a small skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until softened, 4-6 minutes.

Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute longer. Transfer onion and garlic to a large bowl.

Stir in soup, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper until blended. Add hash browns and 1 cup cheddar; stir to combine.

Spoon into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheddar. Bake, uncovered, until bubbly, 50-60 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with chives.

I tried to make Potato Mochi shaped like Combee. They were filled with honey goat cheese!

This is a recipe I've made when I don't have a lot of money but it fills you up. Even if you don't like beans, it's better than an empty belly. #recipes #cooking #cheapmeals

One 15oz can of black beans
-One binder (see list below)
-½ C (75 g) bread crumbs
1/2 to 1 tablespoon seasonings of choice

Binder options:
-2 tbsp mashed or instant potatoes
-OR 2 tbsp cooked oats
-OR 1 egg

Oven Instructions:
Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 20-25 minutes

Air Fryer Instructions:
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes
