I haven't posted a recipe on here in a little while. These are Twice-Baked Potatoes! They're really good with meat dishes!

Twice-Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
3 Large Russet Potatoes
1/4 c. Heavy Cream
5 TBSP Butter, softened and separated
1/4 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
Pinch of Salt
1/4 c. Bacon, crumbled (Optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Wash and dry your potatoes.
Poke small holes into your potatoes to allow them to vent out steam. Cover the potatoes in a tablespoon of butter for a crispier skin.
Place your potatoes directly onto the middle oven rack, placing a tray under them to catch any drippings. Bake at 400°F for 1 hour.
Once the Potatoes are done, turn your oven down to 375°F and cut them in half lengthwise. Gently scoop the inside into a bowl, leaving the skin intact.
Mash thoroughly and mix your other ingredients with the potato.
Scoop the filling back into the potato skins and bake for about 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

The message reflects on the project’s uncertain position one year ago and thanks Patreon members for keeping it running, moderators and support volunteers for helping creators, and a community that has nearly doubled in size. Over the past year, Mix It Up shipped 123 features, including 3 new platform integrations, fixed 122 bugs, made 49 performance, accessibility, and quality-of-life improvements, delivered 62 updates, handled 2,296 support tickets, and launched a new website with integrated documentation. It also thanks community members testing the next generation of Mix It Up for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. Early builds are expected for Patreon members within the next week or two.
