I sequenced and assembled the full mitochondrial DNA of the angular crab (Goneplax rhomboides) using the @nanoporetech.com #MinION #Mk1D, so #nanopore only. The raw read quality really is amazing, and the assembly looks perfect! www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/PQ64...
