SO sad/MAD. The final O.Co #Roots game was a blast, but when we left right after, we were told the bridge to BART is closed bc of effin' fireworks. That if we want to get to the bart station we have to take an UBER FROM THE PARKING LOT! 🤬 way to fuck your locals over Roots. Never seen such bs.

I would never out a neighbor for circumventing our city's notoriously byzantine building-permit process just to keep one of our 100 yo houses from crumbling...but now there's a flipper nextdoor turning a house inside out. I haven't seen hide nor hair of a permit & I kinda want to report.

When I take my ebike to get groceries, I consider my purchases more carefully which results in less food waste. So, besides the reduction in carbon emissions for the journey, there's a secondary reduction in methane. So gfy all Hopkins bike lane haters.

I don't really get how that works... I live in the hills and I don't encounter Hopkins until the intersection of Monterey and Hopkins...PAST most shops except for MM. One has to go out of their way to travel west on Hopkins from Arlington before the Monterey intersection.
