iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

In a time where everyone is afraid to die, seeing someone make peace and walk besides death is something that very easily gets me emotional

yearning for my boy so much I just want to burn some frankincense on a stormy day and be his big spoon while The Eternal Worm Devours Connecticut is playing in the background

I will not stand for AI usage, short 10 second sound effect loops, boring footage, no sound variety, unbalanced sound mixing and the use of bright images/footage on videos that will be played on large TVs in dark rooms!

Youd think it would be easy to find the right ambience videos to leave playing in the background. Unfortunately, I come from a long line of ambience youtube video creators and have a very sharp eye (and ear) for detail.

The article mentions the other guy, Jordy, giving the exploit away because he needed the money to pay for his mother's treatments that is suffering from a terminal illness. Do we really want to judge "these" people?

I love Brian Herbert for writing in Dune "The mystery of life isn't a problem to be solved, but a reality to experience; a process that cannot be understood by stopping it. We must move with the flow of the process, we must join it, we must flow with it." (originally by Søren Kierkegaard)

As someone with a Gacha guilty pleasure, I really wish mobile games focused more on game design that results on having smaller budgets, like the sort of games we would see on a PSP or a DS console. To this day I dont understand how someone would want to play genshin or zzz on a phone.

So let me get this straight: Microsoft thinks that people will spend their money on digital licenses so they can then be held hostage by the increasing prices of cloud playtime? Wasn't cloud gaming supposed to be a viable alternative to people who can't afford a console?

yeah sure whatever, let lara croft cook potato stew on her phone for 2m0s of damage resistance who gives a shit anymore

a screenshot from the upcoming remake of Tomb Raider 1. lara croft is looking at her phone in the middle of an ancient ruin, and it's showing her a generic crafting menu, and a png of saucepan of stew that apparently her phone lets her cook for "Damage resistance" if she has 6 potatoes

There's this female youtuber that publishes high production quality videos about various computer science topics, some academic, and has a very nerdy and anime fan personality and mannerisms, but the aesthetics of a western tradwife. I'm being very judgemental, but I cannot manage to trust her.

As a console peasant myself, it will be very hard or practically impossible for Sony to convince me to get PS6. I am the guy who buys discs, I like immediacy of discs and ownership of the PURCHASE. It would’ve been a different story perhaps if PSN and Sony weren’t so anti-consumer friendly.
