I love how the Frigate feels like you shouldn't be there - the navigation and movement is a little awkward and makes it feel like a secret area or exploit. It's perfect in that regard! Spent the first couple of runs just standing on the top enjoying the view. And then dying.

I find the freezing mechanic a bit stressful when I just want to take in the scenery (!) but otherwise I thought that looked decent. Interesting to see if the grappling hook displaces the snap hook and how the new weapons and amps work in the mix. Looking forward to it.

It’s not terrible, just need to focus more on breathing calmly (at least I did) rather than just letting it happen. First time I had 11 biopsies taken and I could absolutely feel it when it was higher up. Second time I had my esophagus stretched so opted for drugs and didn’t feel much of anything.

I’ve a couple throat ones. Second time I had the drugs offered and it seemed less invasive and more chill despite having to wait around in recovery afterwards.

I really enjoyed it, one of the best things I’ve read in aaages. I read it my 7 year old last night who didn’t grasp everything but the momentum of the prose kept him gripped to the end.

Devs will still do the work, they just won’t share it. No cross pollination of ideas or potential studio revenue. When I complained about it at a previous place I was told it was often a stipulation of dev partners and publishers so the restriction was passed on.

After so many years I find it odd that a court could rule like that, very different to trademarks I guess. I worry for the smaller guitar makers - I have a Patrick Eggle that’s better than a lot (I want to say most) of the stuff Fender puts out imo
