Very fair, We don’t play flashy stuff & we’ve hit the ground running but i think most of us recognise that we’re lacking key profiles within the squad that will come back to bite us sooner rather than later. Having some more solidity in the defense & a more imposing midfield certainly helps but

Anyone who watched a decent chunk of Frankfurt last season saw the value in this deal as he ages & his current skill set. His transfer fee will unjustly be used against him unless Liverpool can build on last season & win big trophies. Exciting player going to an (unfortunately) exciting club.
