sendou.ink update - October 9th 2026 Headline is the new multi-step tournament form that features a visual bracket builder. We also have new formats with SE/DE groups. SE/DE can also now skip rounds (useful for qualifiers). Also other misc tweaks and fixes, mostly related to Scanner. #sendouink

Tetra dualies worked so well during crab meta (and early BP jetpack pre cooler) because killing just one of those splashes would negate their entire crab cycle and disrupt the enemies special economy. Also helped that the meta weapons back then had bad or at best ok matchups into the main weapon.

Not even trolling I think current S3 tetra is the worst state the weapon has ever been in considering factors like: AOE weapons being overtuned, cooler making it so the tetra style of run in and fighting is usable by all weapons at points in a match AND negates killing key targets who are coolered.

maybe its also because I dont really play with people but Splatoon 3 recently just feels super unfun due to the current meta from a casual standpoint. I queue up, take like 3 minutes to maybe find a match and then the match is all AOE hitbox weapons.

PS5 generation not really starting till like 2023 gaslit a bunch of people that it's normal for games to be backwards ported. Also, it is an expensive console, but imo you've known a switch 2 was gonna happen for a while, you can save up to buy one over time.

I already own the original sky SC so will probably play that after Legends ZA. I will also say that Sky FC is probably my game of the year. It actually let me get past the honestly hard-to-get-past early game of trials to finally get into the series. Looking forward to playing the other 12 games.

Ended up caving and just buying Trails in the sky remake now. will probably make a thread with all my opinions after each chapter but I like it so far (just finished the prologue but i need to sleep for class). also the remake is making it feel not as slow as the OG with the Voice acting.
