maybe its also because I dont really play with people but Splatoon 3 recently just feels super unfun due to the current meta from a casual standpoint. I queue up, take like 3 minutes to maybe find a match and then the match is all AOE hitbox weapons.

Trails SC remake needs to come out sooner then later so I can hear "Enforcer" get a remix with hopefully real instruments. Probably my favorite song from both first and second chapter.

if I get one more Opens game of double liter I might blow someone up

000

Baha_Blast @bahablast.bsky.social · 23/12/2025

finished Trails SC last night (peak fiction) would probably give it a 9/10 my only issue with it is some of the bosses are bullshit if you dont know ahead of time

010

Baha_Blast @bahablast.bsky.social · 17/11/2025

Actually yeah Geoff hates jrpgs LMAO there are 2 actual rpgs in that category why tf is avowed and OW2 there over trails, digimon or like even ZA

000

Baha_Blast @bahablast.bsky.social · 17/11/2025

game awards nominees are good (trails not even being mentioned for best rpg is dumb but niche franchise jrpg). My only other complaint is that E33 is not a indie game LMAO its a AA title it should not be in the best debut indie category or best indie.

010

Baha_Blast @bahablast.bsky.social · 04/11/2025

is the new prime 4 trailer good or is it still just showing the most basic shit of all time? like I'm gonna get the game but my god have they showed legit NOTHING interesting besides the first trailer and the bike reveal.

Baha_Blast @bahablast.bsky.social · 27/10/2025

lowkey happy I didnt get into playing NA league because 8+ hours of splatoon in a single day is insane

030

Baha_Blast @bahablast.bsky.social · 17/10/2025

Finished trials FC remake and started SC I think my only complaint so far is trying to adjust to the fixed camera

010

Baha_Blast @bahablast.bsky.social · 16/10/2025

just found a random shiny espurr while still doing the tutorial on ZA LMAO thanks game

I love almost beating a 40+ hour long rpg in a week (I have been binge playing trails FC remake and am now on the final sequence before the final dungeon)

Ended up caving and just buying Trails in the sky remake now. will probably make a thread with all my opinions after each chapter but I like it so far (just finished the prologue but i need to sleep for class). also the remake is making it feel not as slow as the OG with the Voice acting.

Gonna pick up trails in the sly remake and probably binge the whole series at some point (waiting to finish silksong and some other stuff) might do like jrpg 2026 or something there are a ton of them I wanna play but been busy

230

Baha_Blast @bahablast.bsky.social · 13/09/2025

didnt post my thoughts on the direct but I enjoyed it just think that these weren't necessarily the games I'd expect to be shown for the Switch 2s first year but also I suspect most bigger teams need a extra year to have stuff done (like xenoblade, new 3d mario, new mainline kirby).

Baha_Blast @bahablast.bsky.social · 02/09/2025

Bold of nintendo to run 8 weeks for a league but only you top 5 placements matter so maybe it wont be that bad

Listen, having individual orgs investigate their own player bans cannot be an option. I know several org leaders who are minors. It’s extremely irresponsible as a community to expect children to investigate some particularly heinous cases. We NEED a group of adults dedicated to that, SSC or not.

Please take the time today to listen to the TO's and other community leaders who are speaking about their experiences today, there have been many times their voices do not get the attention and respect they deserve and we have lost too many people good people already, I'd like to not lose more.

Being targeted due to my role in this community lead me to serious points of self-harm twice. I am not the only one. Your TOs are suffering. Because we are being left to clean up the bullshit that you won't hold your peers accountable for. The truth matters.

I'm not great at statements for stuff like this, nor should my voice be the the main one for this discussion today, but I wanted to briefly speak on the tournament situation today. If anything is unclear or needs clarification please let me know in the replies and I will try to clarify.

For those who are unaware Madness entered a tournament today, which surprised me personally given that the last I had heard about him 6 months ago he left the scene for val. I think coming back without any statement out of no where, and immediately entering a tournament, showcases a lack of thought toward the scene and harm to it. I'm aware he's made a statement since the tournament ended, but to me the damage has already been done here, and given the time that past, this lesson should have already been learned. It's disappointing to me personally.

I don't want to come across as someone who is opposed to personal growth and change, if anything that's a value I hold very close and I want nothing more then these players to be able to grow, change, and be able contribute positively to the scene they have harmed. To me the way in which you come back and actions taken during the ban speak volumes.
