Jan 29, 2026, Saint Paul Mn. I drove cross town to meet a friend for lunch. I saw a young woman standing in front of a shop owned by a Latin American family. She wore a yellow vest and when I slowed down to see her- she showed her back. It said "Don't Shoot. I'm an observer." I blew her a kiss.
