Coyote vs. Acme is a fantastic film. I loved every second of it. It works because Lana Condor, Will Forte, and John Cena commit so much to the world they’re in.

I recently learned that “Heartstopper forever” has a runtime of an hour and 51 minutes, far LESS than the “Forever” in the name would imply. This blatant false advertising and the directors and writers are hacks. This. This is how a lot of you sound when talking about the Odyssey.

I just saw Power Ballad and it might be the best movie of the year. I cannot recommend it enough. It’s full of heart, music, love. I cannot explain how much I loved this movie.

I just finished the first season of “Rooster” and my advice is everyone go watch “Rooster.” It’s if Ted Lasso was a writer and took ice baths with Dr. Cox from Scrubs every few episodes. I know that’s not the best sell but I promise you it’s really good.

My old man opinion is that if it happens in the first 15 minutes of a movie that’s the plot, not a “twist.” “It’s a movie about a farm boy on an alien planet but there’s a huge twist when is uncle buys some robots”. That. Thats how some of you sound.

Several things can be true. 1. Generative AI in movies and writing is bad. 2. Not everything you dislike is AI. 3. Don’t accuse everything you dislike as being AI. 4. Learn the basics of filmmaking so you don’t accuse a director of using technology when he very famously used practical effects.
