No one said anything, I asked him what he meant by that, and he said "Yeah, well you are a feminist" or something like that. This was in front of a couple of our bosses, and they just let the conversation go. Truly felt like I was living in another plane of existence. This was in 2015/16

Skip to about 8 months later, I said something that I thought was fairly innocuous about women's rights at lunch. The original guy who had made the weird comment then turned to me with a smile and "Well, we all know you'd cut your dick off just to get along with women"

I explained this bizarre debacle to another co-worker and that co-worker laughed and explained that "He was probably trying to have a bonding moment with you, and you shot him down"... At that point, I started to feel like I was going crazy

This escalated to the point where he brought it up the next day and only seemed to understand what he had done, when some one explained how it made *me* look/feel. Which is whole different problem that left me feeling uneasy

A guy I used to go climbing with once cracked a joke in front of me about a woman climbing in front of us - I looked at him and went 'what are you saying?'. He was furious, and I kept trying to explain that he was objectifying her and it was weird for him to do that.

Return to Silent Hill the recent movie was such a slavish re-enactment of the Silent hill 2 cutscenes, and the fans hated it. I was so happy watching it, because I was imagining the same sorts of people as that screenshot frothing uncontrollably at the mouth

I am so sorry - it was someone like Mike Bithell that posted it and it was about the film industry, but I listened to it and then didn't subscribe to the whole thing - it was definitely a sales pitch but it gave a really interesting insight into how movie people see video games
