When my mother died, I had a "friend" who like Ruth, shoehorned herself into my grief and constantly referenced her mothers death and how it affected her and how I should be dealing with my grief, because apparently I wasn't showing it enough. I too felt the cold anger that Anna displayed.

It's mainly plant based, cruciferous veg, salads, (occasional oily fish), nuts seeds, eggs and legumes for protein, oats and berries with a flaxseed/chia/hemp heart mix in the mornings. I bake our own bread and we use Alt Milk in tea and coffee.

I haven't drunk alcohol in 3 and a half years, not since the health Canada report on there being no safe amounts. I never had a problem with it - saw too much of that with my dad self medicating his depression - so it was an easy move away.

That is Michael Staniforth who played a ghost Jester called Timothy Claypole in the 1970s and 80s in a UK kids show called Rent a Ghost. He was how I realised I liked boys, because I REALLY liked him. He pretty much set the standard when it comes to the type of guy I have been attracted to.
