I can't believe what I just saw! Chourio enters the Pantheon of Wisconsin sports heroes.

Shame on me for ever thinking the Packers would ever field a full team. Another season-defining injury.

Packers coaching staff clearly got together this week and made the #1 priority for the gameplan making sure the game ended before the Brewer's first pitch.

More questing in Velen today. The Shrieker contract, turns out, usually a rough one to do right at level 8 because he has a relatively large health pool and a big swing radius, well, this time I'm running a sign build and I just Igni'd him repeatedly. Fried chicken! #witcher3

Most of today, aside from yet more HDR tinkering, was spent exploring Velen and knocking out sidequests. I've done this so many times, I was delighted to discover this rock carving I had never found before. Hopefully tomorrow can get back on the main quest. #witcher3

No matter how many playthroughs I do, Yoana's Monster deck is always an early stumbling block. I just want your card so I can move on with my life! #witcher3

Really annoying spot in Velen where you have to fight not one but two Foglets at once. Had to pull out all the stops, oils, potions, bombs, signs. Took a few deaths but we got it. #witcher3

"Nilfgaard recently started a war. Unprovoked. So do us both a favor and stop moralizing." I love this scene. Voorhis is a criminally underused character, I wish we could have gotten more of him. Also, have to love getting a second bath scene before Act 1 even properly starts.

I really respect the fact that Matt Campbell doesn't run out with the players out on the field. Bothers me when coaches do that. Wish that was more common.

So....what do we have on the spacecraft that's good? #Packers

Another blatantly bad call against the Packers that swings the game.

Will they do anything in October? Probably not, but still, this season has been fun as hell.

another year where my team is a joke. fantastic

Packers have gotten zero calls today. Complete trash. Refs doing everything they can to make this close.

Matt call some pass plays, it's the first half and I'm already begging.

There's always gotta be something with the Packers. Can't just enjoy a cool moment. First they almost call it back. then a PAT. just maddening.

I'll never forget my sister's disgust and contempt when she came over one time and saw me watching the college football quad box on YouTube TV. You'd have thought she caught me eating 3 gallons of lard.

Ben Pascoe @badger8th.bsky.social · 02/08/2026

I don't think it's a coincidence that out of the teams I care about the most, the ones in salary capped leagues (Packers, Bucks) have won titles in my lifetime, while the ones who play in leagues where unlimited spending is rampant (Brewers, Badgers) are perpetually stuck.

Incredible win. How we score against Belgium without Balogun, I have no idea. Tomorrow problems I suppose. Look at them fight though, this is not the same US men's team.
