A screenshot of my push notifications. The first is a tweet from Taylor Nation with a photo of Taylor from the academy performance with the caption “Taylor before her debut performance of The Fate of Ophelia” and then very soon after a nearly identical post but the wording was changed to “first performance”. This indicates that they deleted the first post to redo something, in this case that wording to avoid confusion with Taylor’s debut album.

My mom takes it but my doctor said he didn't suggest it for me because there were new studies and they don't recommend it for people under 50 anymore. But that was a couple of years ago so idk! That's the extent of my experience with it. I hope it works for you!

my big pro-tip for hair that gets oily fast is applying dry shampoo to freshly washed and dried hair! it'll give you a bit of volume which is a bonus but mostly it absorbs the oil as it gets produced rather than trying to soak up oil that's already there and spreading. you got this!! 💖
