BS. You can hear an American a mile away. We use our outside voice outside and our inside voice inside. I was in a restaurant 2 days ago. 15 tables. Everyone had to listen to the American talking in her outside voice. She was at a table of quiet Canadians. The whole restaurant was poisoned by her.
