Within the first three minutes of it operating, she stepped on it, got startled. Stepped on it again, confused and startled. Smacked the mat and then jumped across it twice before deciding she wasn’t a fan. Most cats figure it out within 2 zaps but dumb and stubborn requires 4. 2/

My cat’s flavor of tortitude is very dumb and very stubborn which means we get into some annoying and goofy predicaments. I recently had to put down one of those mats that beeps and gives a little static charge to break her new hyperfixation of jumping the cat to stalk our bunny. 1/
