I’ve come to the realization that seeing my family/parents affects me more than I realize Every time they visit me it sets me back. I relapse back into old patterns - indulging in comfort food, emotional eating, using sweets to cope. Every time it takes me MONTHS to get out of it.

Also another reason we’re moving out is because my husband got SUED from a debt collector and we owe $14,000 😀 We went through a debt resolution program so they’re handling the lawsuit but our payments are going up from $800 a month to $1300 and…yea we cannot fucking afford that with our rent

Hubby and I made the decision to break our lease early and move in with his parents. They have a 3 bedroom and his two adult siblings already live there but we offered to pay whoever lets us take their room since we have a toddler and four dogs and really need the space.
